Drop-in (booking system is for members only, please refer to booking insrtuction below for drop-in)
CrossFit ($250/session): Applicable to out-of-town CrossFitters who seek to train during their visit. We do not offer single drop in sessions for HK residents
BootCamp/Yoga ($200/session): Single drop in sessions are available to out-of-towners and HK residents

Booking instructions:

  • We do not accept walk-in’s – reservations are ESSENTIAL.
  • Refer to the schedule below, and let us know your preferred day and time for your drop-in.
  • Contact/ email us no less than 24 hours for your booking.
  • Fill up the online waiver. (filling up waiver doesn’t reserve any spot.)
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once your reservation has made
